Delete your account

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to ReadyStudy.
2. Open the account menu, then choose Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Review the data and family-sharing impact, type DELETE, and confirm.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email[email protected]from the address used for your ReadyStudy account. Use the subject "ReadyStudy account deletion request." We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before deleting data. We will confirm receipt and completion by email.

What is deleted

• Parent profile and family memberships
• Child profiles
• Lessons, uploaded photos and PDFs, summaries, and tags
• Quizzes, answers, attempts, scores, and explanations
• Chats and saved conversation content
• The ReadyStudy customer record associated with the account

If you own a shared family account, deleting it also removes that shared library and other family members lose access. Memberships you hold in another person's family are removed without deleting that family's data.

Subscriptions and limited retention

Deleting ReadyStudy does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, or security, as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
